Gisella began her career with Eagle Bank in 2002 where she has served in various roles across retail and operations. She was promoted to the Senior Management team in 2016 where she has continued to help the Bank grow through her extensive connections in the Boston community. Gisella is an active member of the North End Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board for both ABCD North End/West End and C.A.S.It.

Jess Owens

Jess joined Eagle Bank in 2025 to lead the Bank’s Kennebunk branch. She brings over 18 years of customer service experience, with the past six years dedicated to serving the Kennebunk community. Jess volunteers her time teaching financial literacy with Junior Achievement and has served as the Treasurer of the Kennebunkport Business Association for more than four years.

Juan Lopez

Assistant Vice President, Relationship Banking Manager

Juan began his career with Eagle Bank in 2003. Over the course of his 22 years at the Bank, Juan has held various positions in both the Retail and Deposit Operations Divisions. He was promoted to Relationship Banking Manager in 2014. Juan has developed strong community ties in the Everett area and is an active member of the East Boston/Revere/Winthrop Rotary Club.

Michelle Galbiati

Michelle began her career with Eagle Bank in 2000 as a Customer Service Representative. She was promoted to her current position in 2014 where she oversees the Lexington Center branch. In her 25 year tenure, Michelle has developed innumerable relationships in the local community. She is also a member of the Lexington Rotary Club.
