Marc Whittaker
President / CEO
With more than 17 years at Eagle Bank in several leadership roles, Marc has helped guide the Bank’s evolution as President & CEO since 2016. His legal and financial expertise, combined with a strategic growth mindset, position him to lead the Bank’s continued evolution. Known for cultivating relationships and championing collaboration, he represents the Bank across the communities it serves. Marc holds degrees from Wake Forest University, Suffolk University Law School, and Boston University School of Law, and serves on several local boards.
James Hollis
EVP, Chief Financial Officer
As Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, James oversees Eagle Bank’s financial strategy, including asset/liability management, investments, budgeting, accounting and reporting. His 25+ years in treasury and balance sheet management at regional and national institutions bring analytical rigor and stability to the Bank’s financial operations. James holds a Master of Science in Financial Management from Boston University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from UMass Boston. He is active in his Foxboro community through youth sports programs.
Jennifer Duarte
EVP, Corporate Administration
Jennifer has been with Eagle Bank since 1997, building a diverse career across the organization before stepping into her leadership role overseeing marketing, human resources, and corporate governance. She is known for her organizational strength, steady leadership, and ability to keep teams focused and aligned. Backed by advanced banking education from the Massachusetts Bankers Association and the National School of Banking, she brings expertise and heart to her role.
Derek Delaney
EVP, Chief Loan Officer
With 30 years of banking experience, Derek leads Eagle Bank’s Lending Division with a focus on strategic growth and lasting customer relationships. He oversees commercial and residential lending operations, credit administration, and business development. Known for his hands-on approach and deep market knowledge, Derek structures financing solutions that help customers and communities thrive. He is a graduate of The College of Saint Rose and the Massachusetts Bankers Association School of Financial Studies and is active in local chambers and youth soccer.
