Michael Connelly

Michael joined Eagle Bank in 2018 bringing over 35 years’ experience as a commercial banker. He has a wealth of knowledge across all facets of commercial lending. Outside of work he enjoys working with local non-profits, coaching, and writing sports books.
Tyler Otfinoski
Senior Vice President, Commercial/Construction Lending
Tyler has been with the Bank for over 20 years. He manages the Bank’s growing commercial and residential development construction portfolio and enjoys being in the field with area builders and developers. He serves as an active member of the Everett Rotary Club and Stoneham Chamber of Commerce.
Scott Macdonald
Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending
Scott joined Eagle Bank in 2013 as a Business Development Officer bringing over a decade of experience in real estate sales and development. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2021 where he continues to help customers understand the commercial real estate landscape and how Eagle Bank can help them accomplish their goals.
Bobby Hanson
Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking
Bobby recently joined Eagle Bank bringing with him almost 20 years of banking experience. He is an expert in C&I Middle Market Lending, where he has served as a trusted financial partner to family-owned, sponsor-backed, and private equity-backed companies. Bobby played hockey at Boston University and has shared his passion for the sport through coaching.
Rebecca Scott
Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, NMLS #1372898
Rebecca has spent over 20 years serving the needs of both commercial and construction customers. She has been with Eagle Bank since 2018. Rebecca maintains her Construction Supervisor’s License in the state of Massachusetts and has earned various certifications from the Massachusetts Banker’s Association. She is an active member of the Burlington Rotary Club.
Hong Xie
Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, NMLS# 752782
Hong joined Eagle Bank in 2024 bringing over 22 years’ experience in both commercial lending and retail banking. He serves as a member of the Lynn Rotary Club and the Lexington Celebration Committee. Hong is based out of the Bank’s Lexington branch.
Ryan Kelly
Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer
Ryan joined Eagle Bank in 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in commercial credit and banking, with a strong foundation in credit strategy and team leadership. He most recently served as SVP, Senior Credit Officer at Salem Five Bank, where he led a team of underwriters across C&I and business banking segments. As a Kennebunk resident, Ryan will be splitting time between the Bank’s Peabody, MA and Kennebunk, ME locations.
Lindsay Dube
Senior Vice President, Credit Officer
Lindsay joined Eagle Bank in 2014. She has over 20 years of experience in commercial banking and finance, with deep expertise in credit risk management and oversight of complex commercial loan portfolios. Outside the bank, she serves on the Finance Committee for the Town of Marblehead and is an active member of the Everett Kiwanis.
