He oversees commercial and residential lending operations, credit administration, and business development. Known for his hands-on approach and deep market knowledge, Derek structures financing solutions that help customers and communities thrive. He is a graduate of The College of Saint Rose and the Massachusetts Bankers Association School of Financial Studies and is active in local chambers and youth soccer.
